Charlie graduated from Miami University, Oxford OH and the University of
Southern California and is a Retired Submarine Officer.
After retiring
from the Navy as a Program Manager with the Defense Communications Agency, Mr.
Gragg developed an Oracle based Automated Testing System (ATS) in support of the
IRS's Tax System Modernization (TSM) effort.
While a Quality Manager for Oracle
Corporation, Charlie saw a need for addressing wide-ranging customer dissatisfaction
and subsequently started SEAS, Inc.
Since 1997 SEAS has provided services
to DynCorp, GRCI, NAS Patuxent River, AT&T, Department of Commerce PTO,
Antin Engineering, Wolf Systems, eWorthy Systems, Dimension Data and Hospira.
Since 2001
Mr. Gragg has also been an Adjunct faculty member in the School of Business
Administration at California State University San Marcos, teaching Systems
Analysis and Design and Information Systems in the both the Undergraduate and MBA programs.
Charlie frequently presents at both software and quality conferences.
